This service is intended for existing clients who would like the purchasing of their materials to be completed by our firm. The scale of this package includes singular areas (powder room, one full bath, laundry room), one set of built-in cabinetry. Many vendors provide design firm trade discounts, of which we extend to 100% our clients. This service fee is compensation for coordinating the purchase, tracking and delivery of those materials as well as managing order issues and concerns.
