This service is intended for clients who have purchased an investment property to flip and are ready to renovate. We will start with a 1 HR consultation to determine your budget, desired resale value and subsequent scope of work. We will provide design plans, drawings and material selections, including all revisions. We will procure all agreement materials and coordinate delivery and installation with your contractors. The intended scale of this package is full homes with all design matters being handled by our firm.
